Hi there,
  Please give me the latest bios updates for hp (EliteBook 8440p) when i trying to enable the virtualization it's cant open also please explain how can I update the bios settings.

The latest BIOS that came out for your PC was in 2015 and that was for Windows 7 -- see here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-elitebook-8440p-notebook-pc/4095872

 

HP makes their BIOS updates OS-version specific, so an update written to run in Win7 will not run in Win10.
