The Community can not provide any assistance without some details ...

So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PC
4) Detailed description of the problem -- including the EXACT wording of any error message being displayed

Once you provide the needed details, someone will reply.

hi my younger sibling was on my computer and managed to format my c drive i am now trying to get onto the "bios" menu but i cant as the previous owner must have applied it the code it shows is (i 70289483) please could someone provide me with a master key. this would be much appriciated

 
 
and it is a hp 240 g7
