Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13t-aw000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchase my HP laptop from Amazon. Reported issue on bitlocker. They routed me to contact HP. I Contacted Microsoft first.  Then they routed me to HP. I dont want to loose data and I need to pay phone support.  Just checking if HP have access to bitlocker keys? I want to make sure before contacting  them.
