Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was using my laptop one day and it suddenly went to a bit recovery key page. I wasn’t prompted to save a bit recovery key during the setup of the laptop and there is not one in my Microsoft account. What do I need to do to find out what the key is ? It requests it a start up

Bitlocker keys are unique to each and every PC, and HP has no records of the individual kays, so there is nothing we can provide you.

Since you apparently did not use the Bitlocker Management function to export your key, the following is all you can try at this point:
