Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning.

The laptop has 2 DDR4 4GB ram. I replaced it with 2 8GB ram. The laptop stopped loading, only a black screen.

If you replace any ram for 4GB, or leave one bar for 8GB, the laptop turns on.

Tell me why the laptop does not turn on x2 8gb ram ( x2 8gb amd radeon memory R948G3206S2S-U ) ????
