Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after all my study. this issue arise, only when the laptop ac adapter is plugged in. i guess its because a faulty battery. it isn't the cell, but the battery chip which is responsible. please HP, investigate this issue, this great laptop has become useless.
