ENVY x36O
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi will have to wait til HP opens I guess

computer froze and had to turn it off, then will not start, and get the above error mesage,  sytem recovery not able to access as I do not have a Bitlocker key number that I am aware of.

Only had the com0puter for about 5-6 weeks now.

At about wee 2-3 it got really super hot  and had to let it cool off for about 6 hours (was in air condition flat).  The some ofthe key bosrd did not work and then the next day a BIOS up date apperaed and installed which appeared to reolve things for awhile.

Then over the last week, appears does not shut down properly ie shut it down and the keyboad and computer starts up, also appear battery not keeping a charge overnight.

did the virtual agent thing to no avail.

hope other have had good responce for warrently claims and that HP are prompt.

appears no way to send just an email to get the ball started tomorrow

thankfuly the old desktop working right now
