Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

got the notebook from Walmart refurbished and can't access the bios because there is a admin password

Then -- take it back to Walmart -- because we are not allowed to help you bypass security measures, including passwords, so we can't provide you any assistance in this. 

 

If this was a used PC, if Walmart had it as a display model, then tell them you need their password to get into it; otherwise demand a refund or a replacement.
