Hi i have forgotten my bios password and now i cant boot from usb. Havent needed to use it a long time and uups just cant remeber it. Can you please help me.!!

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.

Now when power keeps up the screen is blank is there some kind key combination to blank screen on and off.?

Hi,

 

You're welcome.

 

Regarding the other issue, Shutdown the notebook. 

 

Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu.  Select the Diagnostic Menu option ( f2 ) and run the tests on the Hard Drive and Memory.
