Hi @fikret2222,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue, especially so soon after your warranty ended. I'll do my best to help.

To better understand what's happening, could you please elaborate on what you mean by "my computer is not opening"?

For example:

  • Does the notebook not power on at all when you press the power button?
  • Do any of the LEDs (Power LED, Charging LED, or Caps Lock) light up or blink?
  • Can you hear the fan spinning, or is the notebook completely unresponsive?
  • Does the HP logo appear, or is the screen completely blank?
  • Did the issue start suddenly, or were there any symptoms beforehand, such as random shutdowns, blue screens, overheating, or boot errors?

Also, could you please let us know:

  • Are you using the original HP AC adapter, and does the charging LED turn on when it's connected?
  • Have you tried performing a hard reset by disconnecting the charger, holding the power button for 15–20 seconds, reconnecting the charger, and then attempting to power it on?

I understand you're concerned that it may be a motherboard issue, but there are several other possibilities that can cause similar symptoms. Once we have the answers to the questions above, we'll be in a much better position to help identify the cause and guide you through the appropriate next steps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
