Not sure, but...

Boot Man x 5.jpg

 

I have more than 1 Boot Manager and the sequence can be changed.  Also it may be accessible via ESC and F9 at Start-Up.

 

So n your piccy there is

UEFI Boot Order

> Boot Manager

 

Will it drop down and become..

UEFI Boot Order

˅ Boot Manager

 

and a listing appear??
