Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Base Model Notebook PC

Hello HP Support,

I have found a bug in the current BIOS release of HPs Elitebook 840 G5, 01.23.00 Rev.A.

According to this document, drivelock password is only needed on a cold boot:

but restarting the device prompts for drivelock password after restart.

 

Please HP, release a fix for this issue.

 

Hardware:

m.2 SATA, SanDisk X400, M.2, SD8SN8U-512G
