hard drive failure code

HP Recommended
6530HP Notebook - 17-bs049dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

laptop locks up. ran tests. failed Hard Drive DST check. Code: PLQ1W-9MBAPH-GXGJ21-60XP03 I had it over to repair place and they said Drive was OK.  Did they miss something?

Hi:

 

You are missing a character from the first set of characters.

 

The code is four sets of 6 characters.

 

Generally if you can't get into Windows and the drive fails the DST, it needs to be replaced with a new one.

Thanks,  I ran the test again. The machine even locked up on the "welcome" screen. I took it back to the repair shop to have  the hard drive replaced.
