Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All the energy saving items arr on NEVER still my laptop goes in hibernate after a few minutes, 

is there a solution to solve this?

With a Win10 laptop, hibernate is enabled by default with a Windows setting know as Fast Startup.  So, if your laptop suddenly crashes, it will automatically fall into the hibernation state.

 

The problem is to determine why it is crashing, and we can not do anything from here to assist in that.

 

What you should try is when rebooting, press the Esc key repeatedly until the HP Startup Menu appears.  When that shows up, press the key to run Diagnostics (usually F2) and see what it says.
