how can i change or find my administrator password

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the new windows up date messed up my laptop  the only way i can go in and  undo um  is with password  i have been putting in a pin number  for Microsoft acct  no idea  what other password is .

Passwords simply can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

If your PC reset your password on you, we can not help in that because we have no access to either the original or the new password.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords because HP considers that a violation of customer privacy.
