I bought this Lap top used but unfortunately the finger print doesn't read by the software even after I installed its driver so I need to add it from bios which is locked by pass I don't know
how can i make finger print work or remove bios pass

This is why I generally advise folks AGAINST buying used laptops -- because the BIOS password is encrypted into the firmware of the system board and the consumer can NOT change it. In addition, HP does not reset BIOS passwords -- so even they will not do it for you.
HP's policy is to replace the system board of the laptop with another one that does NOT have BIOS password -- and this can be very expensive such that for older laptops, it is often cheaper to simply replace the laptop.
If you can return it for a refund, I would advise you to do that.
