Sorry that didn't help.

The only other minor tweak you can do would be to turn off the Windows write cache buffer.

That might help performance a tiny bit.

To turn that off, go to the device manager, click to expand the disk drives category, click on your SSD listed there, click on the Policies tab, and check the 'turn off the Windows write cache buffer' box.

But I am very confident that you would be getting the same performance in AHCI mode as you are now.

If you look up the differences between the two modes, they are pretty much the same as far as how they work.

RAID just gives the advantage of setting up multiple HDD's to work together for redundancy.

In any event, you can't do anything about changing the drive controller setting, so I'm afraid it is what it is.

Hi:

There is no way to change the HDD setting from RAID to AHCI.

There isn't any difference in performance anyway.

Please see this discussion...

There is full TRIM support for your SSD in W10 in RAID mode.

Just run the defragment and optimize drives tool in the windows administrative tools section, and it will TRIM your drive.

Thanks...

I did that you recommend, but there is something that i can do to avoid the below message? Because when I run the SSD performance test it is some poor....

You're very welcome.

No, there is nothing you can do.

I just wouldn't install the samsung magician software if that bothers you.

The top measurement is kind of low.

I think this is the latest RST driver for your model's chipset.

You want the last file down on the left.

Install and restart the PC and see if you get better results.
