I was buy a laptop in 2019 with Windows 10 and after 3 years is updated to Windows 11 Home, following the message from HP system auto update. When i changed (5 days ago) the SSD, because the health of the old ssd has expired (0%), my laptop stack and then the screen becames blue! The message below in the blue scren is ''stop code" System_Service_Exception and afer 2-3 seconds the laptop restarts. What should i do? Update to 11 Pro will fix the problem?

Hi @gakis69,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding bluescreen on your laptop!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Let's troubleshoot the System_Service_Exception blue screen error on your laptop step by step:
Boot into Safe Mode (to prevent constant restarts): Turn off your laptop by holding the power button. Turn it back on and force shut down again when the HP logo appears (repeat this 3 times). The Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) should appear. Go to Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. Press F4 or 4 to start in Safe Mode.
Update Drivers (Especially Graphics & Storage): Since you replaced the SSD, outdated or incompatible drivers might be causing the issue.
Disable Unnecessary Startup Programs: Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc). Go to the Startup tab. Disable unnecessary apps that start with Windows.
