Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to enter boot menu to change boot order to usb, but I,m only getting have to enter administrator pass,how toset that is it login pass? or do I have to make a new pass, or do I have to create a pass on another separate page or direct a new one in the box on first bios page? I need to change the boot order to usb to install latest w10 OS
