Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i plug in power nothing changed out power port with new one. it doesnt show power without battery in. no sounds no fan running , completelty nothing. no light on new power port either. can someone give me some advice where to go from here. i know computers but this has me for a loop.
