Hello, my name is Bailey-Ann. I recently (not even two weeks ago) purchased an HP Envy X360 2 in 1. I had problems with it right off the bat. It took me forever to start and sign in. Then, when I got on Duolingo, the computer made an ungodly screeching sound. After my husband, his dad, and I got it fixed, it kept restarting randomly. I do not know what to do. I have contacted HP and they told me what to do with the BIOS, but it did not work. The computer still reboots. I do not know what else to do. I am thinking of just exchanging it. It's within the thirty (30) days and I have a warranty. If there's anything else I can do, please let me know.

I admire your persistence in trying to fix this -- as I would have returned it when the first problem happened.
Your best best, since this device apparently can't be properly fixed, is to rid yourself of these problems by returning it.
Yeah, and I know that sets you back to "square one", but at least with a different laptop, you should not be having to deal with these frustrations.
