Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop (hp 250 g6) before 2 days,everything was working fine until this morning that i tried to power it on but nothing happened...the led light on charger socket doesn't blink but the power led light is blinking continuously,but when i try press the power button nothing happens...i tried to start it without battery but it's tha same thing...i tried also hard reset but nothing happened.... please help me, if there is any solution,or if you have something in mind because is a brand new laptop...thanks in advance!!!

Hi there,

 

The "HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start and Emits an LED or Beep Code" document indicates that a flashing power light indicates the notebook isn't charged enough to start:

 

  1. Check the AC adapter to confirm that all of the plugs are securely seated.
  2. Connect the notebook to AC power and attempt to start the computer again.
  3. Check the AC adapter to confirm that all of the plugs are securely seated.
  4. If the AC adapter features an LED power indicator, check to see if the AC adapter LED is lit to verify that the computer is receiving power from the wall outlet.
  5. If the computer operates on AC power correctly, charge the battery for thirty minutes to one hour, and then restart the computer.
