Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (2V8U8AV)
the problem is that when my laptop(victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000) is plugged in(when gaming...) then suddenly my screen freezes and no button works and the only way to get out of this situation is to hold the power button and turn the laptop off and then turn on the laptop. please help me fix this problem.
