Product: HP Laptop - 14-fq0020nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
my computer is old. i'm having pop ups to tell me that i need storage to delete something. i've tried to do such. now my printers won't connect to internet. i'm just guessing that it just needs cleaning up. should i restart to factory status?? do i need to backup good files??

Quick and easy way to keep all users files/data and programs it to use ISO file from Microsoft
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
1. Save ISO file on your computer,
2. Mount ISO file and run Setup,
3. Remember to KEEP all files (by default)
