Product: HP ENVY X360 - 13-ar0802no

hi, when I shut down my Envy via windows, it shut down, but then reboots by itself again. Only if I press and hold the on/off button, it shuts down, without rebooting again. What can I do to stop it from rebooting ?

 

ps. there is not error message and the envy performs normally upon rebooting
