my laptop (HP pavillion x360)'s power led rapidly turns on and off and the fans refuse to spin while its looping. ive tried powering it on with both the battery power, battery with aC adapter and battery removed with only ac power but all result in same thing. Aditionnaly ive tried to see if my ram was the problem but theyre not the problem as well what can i even do at this point. ive attached a video showing the problem
help would be appriciated

Hi,
I dont think i really need this advice anymore as the laptop as completely died (no charging led, or power light) and i've decided just to buy a new laptop as my old one wasnt reeally sufficient for what i did anyway.
