Product: hp spectre X 360 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP spectre 360 late 2019 model takes around 15 seconds from start till windows logo. I think it is too much for a new laptop

I think your expectations are unreasonable.  I have several laptops, including new Envy, and they range from 30 -45 seconds to boot to a desktop and they are all using SSDs.

Actually it is expected to boot in short time and one guy reported to reduce this time by going in BIOS and reducing the time, however in recent BIOS didn't find this option
