Product: HP ProBook 455 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello ---  I installed new software today --- I had to restart after the install finished,   screen when black in a minute or 2 and stood that way for it seems around 230 minutes until HP logo  appeared and the spinning wheel  --- 

 

This start some time ago -- it seems the the only way to get around this is to do a  shutdown then a start up 

 

Its not clear how this start, but  is there a BIOS  option that controls this "suspended" time?

Really -- the boot up process now takes nearly 4 hours??

 

When you do finally get to the desktop, does it perform normally or is it terribly slow with lots of lag?

Hello --- thanks for your reply ---  once I get to the std win 10  screen,  image + time,  I can  then login with my password and all seems OK ----
