Spectre x360 15t-ch000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I got into a big trouble with my Spectre x360 and it seems there are many others with the same problem.  My Spectre x360 is 15t-ch000 and about 15 months old (i.e. just out of warranty.)

It is not turning on from yesterday morning.  It is fully charged and charge lamp is on whenever the power connected, but  just not turning on.  I checked HP support and followed all the steps including the hard reset but no luck.  This seems to be an intrinsic issue with a defect in the system, which cannot be resolved with a software patch.  Does anyone know HP did anything for this?   It is particularly painful these days as I am working home and this is my work computer.
