okay so i got this brand new laptop like a month ago.....all of a sudden the fingerprint scanner and windows hello thing stops working for some reason...like it activates the sensors,i can see the red leds or something popping up...but it asks for the pin code..like i am literally showing my face 

the fingerprint scanner doesnt even work...i deleted the seved fingerprint n tried set it up again..but it isnt sensing my finger t all

 

i dont want to return the laptop during this pandemic too

please help

for some reason it started working again ...when i restarted the device

so sorry for the false alarm
