i tried tofix mbr and bcd and nothing happen. I lsao tried to format the c: drive sad the drive wasn't there in fact it couldn't find any drive. I think i have abad mother board . i am really disguested with this pc everyone if trying to   fix it and nothing is working. . I don't know what else to do . you all have been very nice and tried to help me . but some of the stuff it won't install infact nothing will instal i can only goto the bios and diagonize test and maybe cmd  . some timeit will give me the hp logo screen then it tell me i need driver . I when to hp to get the driverbutwhen i put then on a usb andplug it into the laptopit does nothing.

trying something else. I took a working hard drive from another hp pc and put it in this pc that not working and it still not letting me format C: . this is the error i get  it goes to the hp logo and then it having a problem and has to restart. then itgoes to automativ pc repair.and then it goes to keyboard layout and then it goes to ,where you reset your pc and the rest of those item (cmd,startup repair  and that as far as i get. I am notusing anything to boot it up it dose it by it self
