it seems that the charge is 100%, it says it is not charging, but when you unplug it, the laptop turns off

@Kaan3 -- the only solution is to replace the battery.

@Kaan3 -- any brand-new HP computer comes with a one-year warranty, which allows the replacement of the battery. Contact HP Support, to get a replacement battery.
