Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Hard Reset First
Turn off the laptop.
Unplug the charger.
If the battery is removable, take it out.
Press and hold the power button for 15–20 seconds.
Reconnect the charger (leave battery out for now), and try turning it on.
