Hi my notebook isn't opening I tried things that virtual agent said too. My notebook opens like normal it have logo on screen but then there is a black screen but I can see mouse. I don't want to hard reset it because there is important things on it what can I do? Also sorry if I have wrong grammar.

    • Restart your computer and immediately press the Esc key repeatedly. At the startup menu tap F11.The Choose an option screen opens.
  1. On the Choose an Option screen, click Troubleshoot.
    Clicking the Troubleshoot button
  2. Click Reset this PC.
    Clicking the Reset this PC button
  3. A prompt displays.
    • If you want to keep your personal files and customizations, click Keep my files, then click Reset. Your computer reinstalls the operating system and your computer restarts. You are done.
      Keep my files and Remove everything options
