I recently reset BIOS settings. and now when you turn on the laptop displays "product information not valid". How to fix this?

Sorry, but HP no longer supplies those files.
Nor do they provide the DMI tool that folks have used in the past.
If you want this done, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
