My HP notebook won't start I get the orange power light blinking for about 3 blinks then it pauses for 2 seconds then repeats the process how do I fix the problem

Yes I have tried a hard reset the LED light for the wireless internet button on my laptop blinks orange and it should be solid white but blinks orange and pauses for 2-3 seconds and blinks orange repeatedly after

Unfortunately that would appear to be a dead motherboard. You removed the battery when doing the hard reset, right?
