Hello,
The laptop, whose information I have given below, stays on a black screen at startup,
laptop lights are on, fan is running. I press windows+B keys but nothing happens.
It has been shared on your site on the internet that this is a bios problem. Driver for the product on HP's site
Since its support has been removed, I ask you to send the bios driver for the product.

Hi:
HP only has the BIOS file in an exe file format which means you can only update the BIOS in Windows.
Unless you know of a way to use the BIOS files from of the exe file to see if you can use the Windows + B key, this file will not be of any use to you.

You can use the free 7-zip file utility to extract the exe file into its folder.
Then you can use it again to extract the files out of the Winflash file you see inside the folder, and you will have these files to work with.
That is all the help I can provide, because I have no idea what to do with the files.
