Product: HP 15s-eq1000 Laptop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ho questo computer da poco di 1 settimana, oggi lho acceso e per la prima volta ci ha messo un pochino di piu. Pero dopo aver fatto il login lo schermo e diventato tutto nero. La cosa e passata dopo 5 min che è rimasto acceso. Ho provato a riavviarlo per vedere se il problema persiste ma rimane. Cercando su google avevo letto di entrare nella gestione attivita e disattivare "explorer.exe" pero non c'è .

Cosa posso fare?
