Product: Lenova Ideapad S 145
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an older Hp monitor 10 years old i want brighter, and when i push auto and menu, I dont know how to change it on the screen, since a mouse and arrow keys arent working and its not touchscreen.. can anyone help? I have three seconds to figure it out before it disappears,

Also I moved it up to a platform i built then found out I couldnt tilt the angle, which could be part or all of the problem.
