I have a problem in my laptop notebook hp pavilion 15-CS 3019NL windows 11 22H2, after updating the video driver with intel driver & support assistant (Intel Corporation - Display - 26.20.100.7926) the screen on startup as soon as I move the mouse is always flickering, flashing, or intermittent display issues.
In order to work normally, I need to install the latest intel driver from the support driver assistant. I must have windows update paused, if I don't, it auto-updates the unit back to the driver (Intel Corporation - Display - 26.20.100.7926) and I have graphical issues again on boot
Is there an HP solution?

Hi:
With the working HP driver installed, run the Microsoft Hide Windows update utility that I zipped up and attached below.
The utility will search and find the Intel driver update that Windows update automatically installs.
Check the box to hide the update.
The utility will run again and then report the problem is 'Fixed.'
Close out of the utility and restart the PC.
The Intel graphics update from Microsoft should no longer appear or try to install.
