Hi. Every time I turn on my hp laptop, it goes to HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI automatically. When I exit it, it comes to a black screen and reverting to HP PC hardware Diagnostics UFEI.
Please help me fixing the problem.

This is just to inform you that the f2 key isn't stuck physically (maybe software defective).
I have registered to the insider program and updated windows to a newer version. Now the problem is rectified and able to enter windows directly.
The only concern is, that the troubleshooter still shows the windows update issues.
Thank you.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.
(1) Your computer seems to have a problem. Please run <all> tests.
Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)

in the above file, you can see " all the tests are passed" but the problem still exists. (In the Hard drive test, Hard Drive/SSD Optimized DST Check: NOT AVAILABLE IN RAID)
i want you to have a look at the picture below. When I have run the troubleshooter on windows update, it has shown some issues but it didn't fix the issues.
I am looking for a solution from your side. I hope I will get it.

Hello @Bhargav026
(1) Update BIOS
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors) | F.41 Rev.A | 50.9 MB | May 16, 2022 | Download |
Why should you install the update ?

Quote: "
Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:
An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
- The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
- HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.
"
(2) Reboot
(3) Install/Update
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI | 7.6.2.0 Rev.A | 42.7 MB | Jun 12, 2020 | Download |
Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver | 2031.15.0.1743 Rev.A | 17.4 MB | Mar 26, 2021 | Download |

i performed the component tests.
all tests are passed except keyboard test. The f2 key failed. When i pressed the f2 key, it didn't take the input. But once entered into windows by using the ESC key while switching on the laptop, I was able to use the f2 key for brightness changes.
No improvements seen after updating the BIOS.

I tried with Bluetooth keyboard, the test is passed. No error.
You didn't reply anything regarding windows update issues in troubleshooting. Expecting the reasons behind it (please let me know)

So I think that F2 key is stuck (permanently pressed, software defective). This is also the reason why HP Diagnostics is always called when starting notebook ( F2 ! ).
Brightness is used with key combination [Fn] (Functions key) + F2. This is another key code !
You could try cleaning keyboard in the area of the F2 key. Go over it carefully with a vacuum cleaner. There is often dirt between the key and the contact underneath.
Either you live with that error or you have the notebook keyboard replaced. If notebook is permanently placed on a table, you should use a USB wired keyboard.

Please check windows <update history> at which time the last update took place. With Windows Restore you can revert to a <restore point> that is before the last update time:
See section <How to undo changes using System Restore on Windows 11>
