When the PC is turned on, this message appears: (and to turn on the PC I have to send)

But going into the bios, the pc model, product number and other items have been replaced with an indefinite number of "ÿ":

How can I solve this problem and what does it depend on?
P.S. I have an hp pc with windows 10
model: HP Notebook - 15-af107nl (ENERGY STAR)

I reviewed your post and I understand you are getting a system information missing error when you start the computer.

Have you made any hardware changes on the computer?

the only hardware change i made was to change the hard drive to an ssd, but this problem occurred long after i replaced the hdd.
ct number in bios appears to me as yyyyyyyyy
I will try to open the pc and see it from there.

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
