When the PC is turned on, this message appears: (and to turn on the PC I have to send)
But going into the bios, the pc model, product number and other items have been replaced with an indefinite number of "ÿ":
How can I solve this problem and what does it depend on?
P.S. I have an hp pc with windows 10

I reviewed your post and I understand you are getting a system information missing error when you start the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Have you made any hardware changes on the computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
