GOOD MORNING MY JUST TWO YEAR OLD NETBOOK HAS THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM:
BY PRESSING THE POWER BUTTON, THE FAN STARTS BUT THE SCREEN REMAINS BLACK, THE LED ON THE CAPS LOCK BUTTON FLASHES, THREE LONG WHITE FLASHES FOLLOWED BY TWO SHORT AND FAST WHITE FLASHES, I HAVE REPEATED SUPPORT SEQUENCE, I HAVE REPEATED CONTINUOUS SUPPORT CHECK THIS ERROR SEQUENCE BUT WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS, I HAVE TRIED VARIOUS HARD RESET PROCEDURES TO UPDATE THE BIOS VIA USB CREATING A FLASH DRIVE BUT NOTHING TO DO, I ASK WHAT THIS ERROR IS REFERRED TO AND IF IT IS WORTH SENDING THE COMPUTER FOR ASSISTANCE .
