Product: HP Laptop -403 EHHKP 17-by3053CI
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Who can tell me how to remove the PIN just to get started without to put in the password.
The device produces by itself often only dots or ///// in the PIN frame. Delete impossible. Reset Password via MSoft does not work. After 1 hour up to more than 1 day in position shut down it works normal after putting in the correct password.

Sorry, but basically no one here can tell you this -- because this is bypassing security checks and that is not permitted on the forum.
You need to take the laptop to a local laptop repair shop and see what they can do for you.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
