Hi @Saenvy4321,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your laptop. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off your laptop completely.
  • Remove the power cable and, if possible, the battery.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cable and the battery, and then try to start the laptop again.

Boot into Safe Mode:

  • Turn off your laptop.
  • Turn it on and repeatedly press the F8 key (or Shift + F8 for some models) before the Windows logo appears.
  • Select "Safe Mode" from the list of options. If you are able to boot into Safe Mode, you can perform a system restore or uninstall any recent updates or software that might be causing the issue.

Run a System Diagnostic:

  • Many HP laptops have built-in diagnostic tools that you can access by pressing F2 during startup. Run these diagnostics to check for any hardware issues.

Reset Your PC:

  • If you're able to access the recovery environment, you can try resetting your PC. This option can often resolve issues by restoring your system to its original setup.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
