Tengo una lap  HP 15-bs008la y se daño la bios, la recupere con las teclas ctrl + b, al reiniciar el equipo me aparece un mensaje "enter administrator password or power on password"  al introducir 3 veces mal la contraseña me da el código " i 77789163" pero el generador no funciona con la contraseña que proporciona. no se que mas hacer ¡ayuda!

I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way with bypassing or resetting passwords.

If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
