HP15
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I keep getting blue screen wanting admin or power on password. Esc doesn't work at start-up, neither does any f-key.  I cannot get past this. I have taken out the battery and held the power key for 30 seconds. I have done ever single suggestion I can find on the internet. NOTHING is working. PLEASE help me get in.

If that PC is a Business class unit HP Business Support can help with that.  With only posting HP15 as the model number, I cannot tell.  If that model is a consumer grade PC, then we are not allowed to help with that.

However, you can do your own research outside of HP forums to solve that problem.

Here is the info from HP on helping with passwords.
