Product: pavilion laptop15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I formatted my HP Laptop 15 and after completion, while installing an error message "the computer restarted unexpectedly and encountered an unexpected error. windows can not install" appeared so I used the registry to clear the error now my laptop is stuck on rebooting and would not pass the HP logo at startup.

Why did you reformat your laptop -- were you hoping that would fix some problem?
