HP Notebook

Hello,

I'm experiencing this problem , 'the following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid' when i want to open my HP Notebook.

I checked the temperature of the computer parts with SpeedFan application anf it was showing that Core 0 and Core 1 ones as 30 Celcius , and i suppose it is normal.

Also i tried that when i try to open my notebook without the charger plugged in, it does not show this problem. So as i saw, it happens only when i need to plug my charger in.

Another thing is, since i got this problem, My computer's Speed is 0.48 GHz which is normally 2.20 GHz İntel Core i5-5200.

Another thing is when i have the problem, for some minutes, the voice system of computer is not loaded and as long as i use it, i cannot open any videos or anything related with internet connection basically.

If you can help me, it would be perfect because i have project to deliver urgently and for now,i am unable to use my Notebook due to slowness of it.

Thank You

Umut Kanalci
